Formed in 2000, The Cowboy Heritage Association of Fort Worth is a group of concerned citizens of the West dedicated to raising dollars to be used for educational scholarships benefiting the youth of greater North Texas. Proceeds from all CHA produced events are held in a designated account for the purpose of funding these annual scholarships. To date, funding in excess of $550,000 has been awarded by the scholarship committee of the Cowboy Heritage Association of Fort Worth.

Application Deadlines for Fall 2026 and Spring 2027:

Fall Semester: August 1, 2026
Spring Semester: January 10, 2027

Starting 2027-2028: Applications will be accepted during a single window from January 1–February 10 each year for both Fall and Spring semesters.
