For Returning Scholarship Recipients
 

We require a new application for each semester and an official transcript from the prior semester showing your grades and confirming your minimum 2.5 GPA for that semester.

 

What you need to submit:

• Completed online scholarship application

• Official transcript from your school showing prior semester grades

• Proof of enrollment for the upcoming semester (12+ credit hours for undergraduates; 6-9 for graduate students)

Use our online scholarship application form and upload your official transcript, or email it to info@cowboyheritage.org
 

It is your responsibility to order your transcript and ensure it reaches us before the deadline.
 

Deadlines:
•    Fall Semester: August 1, 2026
•    Spring Semester: January 10, 2027
